Return Period
You may return items within 30 days from the delivery date.
Return Requirements
To qualify for a return:
– Items must be unused and in original condition.
– Original tags and packaging must be included.
– Receipt or proof of purchase is required.
– Final sale, clearance, or hygiene-sensitive items (such as underwear) cannot be returned.
Exchanges
If you need a different size or color, please contact us first to confirm product availability. Exchanges are processed as a return + new order.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified by email. If approved, refunds will be issued to your original method of payment within 3–7 business days.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or we made a shipping error.
For damaged or incorrect items, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photo evidence.
